All items are made here in our store, made locally or manufactured from quality manufacturers. All items are inspected upon receiving them into our store and then again before shipping out

We do not take back returns for seasonal items, custom designs, hats or caps or jewelry.

Please email us if you are not satisfied or a product doesn't fit to your liking. All returns MUST be in new condition, not washed nor worn and have tags attached. Upon return, we will inspect your item and refund you the price of the item. (No refund will be given if damaged, worn or washed). Please give us up to one week to issue your refund once the item is received by us. We will refund the price of the product only, not including shipping charges. Email: berrypatch@wyoming.com

All returns must be returned within 30 day of purchase. All cancellations of orders must be within 24 hours. Any cancellation requests after 24 hours, you will get a 20% restocking fee. Any cancellations after 24 hours will be given a store credit.

We can not take back seasonal items or items that have been washed or worn.
- EXCHANGES, please ship your item back and you will be refunded for the item. Then you will need to place an order for the item you would like. (Our items sell out and many times will not be replaced) I can not guarantee the exact item or item in your size will be available for exchange, so you will be credited. You will be responsible for shipping on exchanged items.
- GIFTS, returned will be given a store credit to use at a later date. Item must be returned within 30 days.
Shipping Policy
- We ship your order based on your method of how you'd like your shipment and for payment paid by you for such shipment. If you paid for first class it will be shipped first class, priority etc. We do not ship overnight!
- We will not take back returns because the item didn't make it to it's destination on time, we have no control over weather or the postal service.
- Items lost in the mail will not be refunded by me as they all are sent with a tracking number and I have no control over your mailbox or delivery from your postal service. It your item is lost, please email me for the tracking number for you to claim. I will not file claims.
- If items are returned, you will be responsible for shipping and will not be credited for the shipping amount only for the price of the items shipped back. (see return policy)
Discounts and Specials
- Only ONE discount code can be used per transaction.
- Discounted items and closeouts are FINAL sale.
